Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, garlic, and all the spices.
Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade, ensuring every piece is well coated.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight for best flavor.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a little olive oil.
Cook the marinated beef in batches, avoiding overcrowding. Sear for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Remove from heat and let the beef rest for 5 minutes before serving.
