  • 1 tsp ranch dressing mix

Fancy Nancy Chicken Salad

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup celery finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup red grapes halved
  • 1/2 cup Fuji apples diced
  • 1/4 cup pecans chopped

Instructions
 

  • For Classic Carol Chicken Salad: In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, mayonnaise, celery, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
  • For Sassy Scotty Chicken Salad: In a bowl, mix mayonnaise and ranch dressing mix. Add shredded chicken, celery, cheddar cheese, and bacon. Stir until combined. Chill before serving.
  • For Fancy Nancy Chicken Salad: Combine shredded chicken, mayonnaise, celery, grapes, apples, and pecans in a bowl. Mix gently. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
