Instructions
Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs almost clear.
Cook the rice with water, then let it rest covered for 20 minutes.
Heat the rice vinegar, sugar, and salt until dissolved, then mix into the rice.
Slice the filet de bœuf into thin strips after chilling it in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Place a nori sheet on a sushi mat, cover with a thin layer of rice, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Flip the nori over and add avocado and pamplemousse near the edge.
Carefully roll the sushi using the mat, applying gentle pressure.
Top each roll with alternating slices of beef and avocado, then press gently with the sushi mat.
Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Slice each roll into 6 pieces and serve with soy sauce, wasabi, and cabbage salad.
Notes
For extra flavor, try drizzling teriyaki sauce over the rolls before serving!
