Ingredients
  

Sushi Rice

  • 250 g sushi rice
  • 310 ml water
  • 4 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 0.5 tsp salt

Main Ingredients

  • 300 g filet de bœuf thinly sliced
  • 6 sheets nori seaweed
  • 3 avocados thinly sliced
  • 2 pamplemousse segmented
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds toasted
  • to taste soy sauce sweet and salty
  • optional wasabi

Instructions
 

  • Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs almost clear.
  • Cook the rice with water, then let it rest covered for 20 minutes.
  • Heat the rice vinegar, sugar, and salt until dissolved, then mix into the rice.
  • Slice the filet de bœuf into thin strips after chilling it in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  • Place a nori sheet on a sushi mat, cover with a thin layer of rice, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  • Flip the nori over and add avocado and pamplemousse near the edge.
  • Carefully roll the sushi using the mat, applying gentle pressure.
  • Top each roll with alternating slices of beef and avocado, then press gently with the sushi mat.
  • Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Slice each roll into 6 pieces and serve with soy sauce, wasabi, and cabbage salad.

Notes

For extra flavor, try drizzling teriyaki sauce over the rolls before serving!
